I've had Pfaff machines since the days of 7550 and 7570. Wonderful, well-made machines. I do have a Creative Icon that I don't know what I was thinking of when I traded my Creative Vision. No more trades. I had a Pfaff Quilter's Edition. It was ok and did what I wanted it to but for stitch quality, I was never impressed. Just recently traded it for a new Bernina 770. It's sad to say that Pfaff isn't what it used to be. More plastic, to include gears. Where's the metal? Pfaff used to be the biggest Bernina competitor. No longer true. I'll keep the Creative Icon for embroidery and the huge array of decorative stitches. Fortunately Bernina has an ankle available to accept snap on feet so all my feet will still be usable.
