Ha...I bought my insta-pot last fall....and have yet to use it....I got a couple of cookbooks, the air-fryer attachment, and several utensils and additional cookware for it. Hoping it would inspire me to cook. Sighhh....so for supper last night, I opened a can of spam, fried it, opened a container of cottage cheese and stuck that on the plate...then for my veggies, I took a stroll in the yard and ate some cherry tomatoes and green beans off the vine and a crap apple off the tree. OH MY, I am so not a cook.
Oh gosh, I love my three Instant Pots. There are plenty of "dump" recipes, so easy. Sometimes all three are going at once. Also got a Ninja Flip oven which has air fryer function. Like that too.
