Yes, I'm having similar experiences with almost every shop and business I purchase from. It's taking longer than ever for shipments to arrive in the US, be offloaded from ships, trucked to cities, unloaded from pallets, entered into inventories, priced, packaged, and shipped back out to customers. Everyone is short-staffed, from longshoremen to truck drivers, UPS drivers to local quilt shops. Many places are so short-staffed, they can't even answer emails or phone calls in what we normally consider to be a "timely manner". Quite a few have even reduced hours and days that they're open, because they simply don't have enough staff.
It's definitely an exercise in patience.
