That's a good idea. I'm making some sourdough starter right now. (I must be crazy in this heat and smoke, but oh well.) Do you have more tips on this subject? Do you spread out the starter, or make a dough?

My batch was made using almond flour, chickpea flour, rolled oats, lots of various seeds, nutritional yeast, salt and olive oil. I just combined the ingredients, smooshed it all into a baking tray lined with foil and oiled, then baked for about an hour in a 300 degree F oven. After they cooled, I broke them up into random pieces. Really good!!! My DH ate most of them in one sitting.

Here's a similar one that is vegan: https://simple-veganista.com/rosemary-almond-crackers/

The recipes are endless and most are very easy to make. With store-bought crackers costing around $5-6 for a small box, I think that making your own is worth it. Plus, mine tasted better, if I do say so myself.
