Listing block size, the embroidery designs used, etc. I put the finished size of the quilt. And the name of the longarm quilter. At the bottom of the page I write in who the quilt went to. Wheather it was for a birth, birthday, granddaughter, niece, etc. I take a picture and print it out and staple it on the back. If I worked out the pattern on gragh paper I staple it on the back as well. sometimes I'll even stable a piece of the fabric on the back too.
