Well, DH & I went to a local "down home, country cooking" restaurant (one of our very favorites) yesterday & ordered a take-out meal for a treat since we haven't eaten out in almost 2 years.
Of course, we ordered way too much so I'm going to freeze some. We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak Fingers (appetizers) & I put together a few veggies to make a good meal. Well, today I used my Toaster/Oven to heat up the steak fingers (355 deg. for 5 1/2 minutes) & they were delicious. The batter on the steak fingers was good & "crunchy" just like they were yesterday. If I had heated them in the microwave, the outside "breading" would have been soft & soggy.
So, I'm still lovin' my T/O!!!
