I few years ago I finally but the bullet and bought a Breville Toaster/Convection oven. It wasn’t cheap but it’s the best thing I’ve done in appliances. I haven’t used my regular oven for years!!! I have been through a few less expensive ones (way under $100) and they were ok but never great. My Breville can just about anything. I niw use my microwave for heating up soup, etc. (and sometimes when I’m just in a hurry for food!😄
. Otherwise I use my little winder oven, I don’t have a rounded back for large pizzas but we don’t need it - we go to MOD when we eat pizza or I just get myself a slice when my husband isn’t around. Plus a small frozen pizza is more than plenty for just me,
There are several brand names that are considered on the expensive side but it’s really worth the $$$ to get a good appliance.
