Thank you everyone for the information. I have been cleaning the machine but can not figure how to take the front plate off my machine, it is a flat silver plate, I do not see and screws except on the back at the bottom. It was not real dirty but using lots of care with it. I have been using machine oil to clean and it is doing a good job.
