You guys are alot smarter than me when it comes to this health stuff. We are trying to eat healthier and lose weight. We are not big sugar eaters but do put a little in coffee, etc. I do not like the artificial subs with chemicals. We just came from the store and I bought a small box of "sugar in the raw"...why? I dunno, it looked interesting. How is this compared to regular sugar? Good? Bad? OK?
