If that is your only real sugar intake, I wouldn't worry about it :D
If you look at cutting back your fat intake, you will lower your cholestrol and lose weight :wink: try substituting canned broth for pan drippings for gravy and sauces.... things like this :D:D:D A quart of chicken broth is only 60 calories and 0 fat :wink:
