Welcome to QB. Have you tried with it like the above? Maybe try the other way, too. so that after coming from the tension discs, take the thread from front to back under the loop in the center. In other words the opposite direction from the thread path that it is in the above picture. If that doesn't work right, if the check spring is open in the front (the side closest to you) and I would go under that (right filled arrow) and into to the loop (left filled arrow) as indicated below and then finish threaded as indicated by the straight line arrow. You will have to click on the thumbnail to enlarge picture or can right click and open in a new tab or window.
