Ranch Parmesan Chicken
Combine in bowl:
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese - grated
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
4 chicken breasts (skinless & boneless)
Dip chicken in 1 cup bottled Ranch dressing then roll in Panko mixture.
Place in greased oven dish & drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter
Bake 350 degrees for one hour. I did not cover.
Chicken was large so I cut in serving size pieces.
