Terry - I can think of two options for no. 5 blocks, but must admit I haven't tried either out yet so you would need to work out what size to cut strips and squares. I had issues with a similar block in Ringo Lake and figured out a better - for me- way of making them.
By cutting triangles from strips you will have the colors reversed. I think I would go with the second option, especially if you can cut with dies.
