In general, I love on-point construction, but honestly, I don't like the hourglass units on point. I'm thinking of remaking block B with solid garnet squares rather than the hourglasses. As I'm only making a lap size quilt, which is less than half the size of this, it shouldn't be too terrible. I'll let you guys know how it turns out.
