Is there a reason to not use rectangles that are cut width of fabric instead of the 30"? It would make the bag even bigger without leaving the scrap. piece. This is a great project!
Thank you for your input on cutting the rectangle the width of fabric to make the bags even bigger. We were given the 18" x 36 " size rectangle as a guide. The left over fabric would be for the bag bottom or pockets.
