From your description of the drawers, I'm assuming it's a treadle. If so, it may have a nice value to a certain market segment. The Amish quilt and don't use electricity. Since the 206k is capable of zig-zag, that might be a market for it.
However, the upside is probably $100.00, unless you find that certain person who wants zig-zag, a modern machine and a treadle. Then you might get more. It's unique, so that is in your favor. Also in your favor is that there's really probably nothing wrong with it that a cleaning and oiling won't cure.
