I use How To Sew Art by Tammie Bowser. Google How to Sew Art or just Tammie Bowser. Also, she had 2 programs on Sewing with Nancy that explains her technique. I took 2 online classes with her in the last year on this and am very pleased with what I learned and I do have the software to make my own patterns from a photo.
