3D pinwheels
I love polka dots! All the 3d pinwheels are made up of polka dot charm squares. I complemented the 3D theme with a flange border and prairie points.
I couldn't fathom doing pebbles across the whole quilt, so I left them in the border order and tried to create some wind for the pinwheels in the body.
