Ismacs isn't always correct, but it lists serial numbers in your number range to be a Singer model # 99. (The number you listed is the serial number, not the model number.)
This manual is for a 99-13, which is a portable with a knee controller, which yours may not have. So, it may not have the exact same controller (knee controller, foot pedal, etc.), but the sewing part, including threading, bobbins, stitch length, etc. and most everything else should be the same.
If this doesn't work, post a photo (Janey gave directions) and we'll help you find the right one.
Don't forget to give it a drink of oil (sewing machine oil only - available at most hobby stores fabric stores and Walmart. The Manual will tell you where to put it.
