This seems to be a very common post (
word for word) to join a variety of forums so that the user appears to be legit person. Then they tend to post again that includes a link - sometimes even non-relevant links on the "board"
I have my google search set for 50 results per page. In the first 2 pages (100 results) I found some dating to 2013, 2014, 2018 and 2019 along with eight in the last month.
