I'm happy that I could help. The guide after the thread take up lever looks like you may be able to just guide it around. I don't know how to describe it. If you twist it around, it will fall into place. It is possible that there is a slot in the Thread Retainer Bar thread guide. It could be on the front or could be the back, just big enough to slide the thread through without actually 'threading' it through the hole.

Glad it is stitching well.
