If it sounds too good to be true...
I would definitely go look at it, but it just seems unreasonable for someone to be selling a functioning longarm for that price. I would take someone with me and worry about it possibly being a hoax. Many people do wonderful work without a stitch regulator, so I wouldn't necessarily worry about that aspect. The dimensions of this machine are bigger than the typical machines made today and would be more suited for a manufacturing environment than home use. 30" machines are usually sold today only with a computerized system.
