I used to belong to a Necchi Yahoo group, but when Yahoo quit groups they went to facebook or IO. I never joined when they changed.
I think there is a Necchi group for Italian only machines and then there is

https://groups.io/g/vintagesewingmachinerepair which states "
This is a forum for collectors of antique and vintage Non-Singer sewing machines" and
"This Group is not intended for the person who is only interested in selling an older machine and we do not discuss "values" of specific machines."
Should you find any additional information about your machine, I hope you will report back. I've also messaged a couple of people that may know something (neither of which are on this board, anymore) and will let you know if I get any more info.
