Yes it does. It is whisper quiet and easy to put together (I did it myself). I just ordered a small under desk plastic drawer for the left side to keep some snips, etc. from Amazon for $9. This is the first ever new sewing or furniture I’ve gotten, I listened to a podcast about how important it is to have ergonomic furniture to eliminate headaches and back issues and since I figure I will have this for the rest of my life, it was an investment.
