There are many machines that have the tension on the nose, that are not clones, like the Kingston in the link above.

The Centennial and Kingston would be considered Class 15 machines since they would use a 15 class bobbins and 15x1 needles.

Right, so not a clone but a 15 class. How does the zigzag work on this machine? Does the hook assembly move back and forth? That is left to right to for the zigzag or is it stationary?

By the look of things, this machine seems to be of a quality that it may well be sewing 100 years from now.
