Thumbs up Bonded Nylon Thread #69 T70

Bonded Nylon Thread for Sewing Leather, Upholstery, Jeans, and Wig; #69 T70. Has anyone used this bonded nylon thread with the PQ1500 machine? Can this thread use on top and in the bobbin to make bags?
