Thimblebug's quilt is fantastic and I agree - it would really show off your wolves. Another option would be in a similar vein - have large squares of the wolves and then surround them with pieced borders and/or sashing made of coordinating fabrics. Maybe flying geese/ocean waves-type borders or cornerstone stars with some sort of pieced sashing? Unfortunately, I'm very much a novice designer/piecer/quilter so beware - my ideas aren't always practical or doable (but they're always beautiful in my mind!) :-)

My only other idea at present would be to use most of the wolf fabric in a large border and use your coordinating fabrics for whatever you want to do in the middle, although I think that could be challenging due to the directional print and your limited stock.

I'll be watching this thread with some interest - I have some allover dog print that poses a similar challenge...
