80 years old, metastatic breast cancer status post or technical radiosurgery.
COMPARISON: MRs 5/19/2022, 5/21/2021, NM PET BODY FDG 5/19/2022
** FINDINGS **:
BRAIN PARENCHYMA:
Multiple new enhancing parenchymal masses concerning for progression of metastatic disease.
New lesion within the anterior right frontal lobe measuring 17 mm.
New lesion within the high right parasagittal frontal lobe measuring 4 mm.
Right parietal lesions measuring 3, 5, and 6 mm.
Additional new left cerebellar lesions measuring 4 mm in diameter.
The previously treated right frontal lesion demonstrating slight decrease in size, currently approximately 7 mm in diameter.
Moderate global volume loss and chronic microvascular ischemic change again demonstrated.
