I have made a couple baby quilts from this pattern. They turned out beautifully! The pattern is easy, and fun to make with a main theme fabric and supporting fabrics. I alternated the position of the main fabric from block to block (large piece, small pieces) to give the quilt more variety.

This quilt does look easy, For project Linus, quick, easy and spectacular is a bonus. I donate many quilts each year to PL. Often I just try out new patterns and then check that try off my list. The "spectacular" quilt pattern has now jumped on my list. Thanks for the good idea and website.
