Beautiful! I love your quilting and the fact that you did it without the benefit of a longarm, is amazing! The pebbles and straight lines really emphasize the 3D effect.

I made one top, which I sold to a fellow guild member who had it quilted as a wedding gift for her grandson. I have been asked to make the pattern again, as another wedding quilt--this time for the son of old and dear friends. That will be my project for January.

Toogie, you are correct. It is only two alternating blocks. The most difficult part is flipping the 'shadows' in the correct direction. I kept each block on my design wall so that I could refer to them on subsequent blocks.
