I will assume you want one that is hip length and hangs straight? I googled "quilted vest pattern" and many idea's from Etsy came up with patterns offered there. Haven't looked at a regular pattern book (McCalls, Butterick, Vogue) in years, but sometimes their easy to sew patterns are offered at places like Walmart and JoAnns. You might find one there.
