I didn't explain that very well. In Fitness pal you enter the food and it shows all the nutrients and adds them to your daily intake. I can use a notebook and do have a printout that I can enter things but it gets cumbersome to find each nutrient of each ingredient and put it together in recipes. And yes I am being lazy. I have master cook and can and do use that but it is still a many step process to get it entered and tracked. I have the cheap cell phone and it might be able to go through my internet but I haven't done that since the internet I have has it down times. I am a bit remote.
