tranum, do you think this can be made in a crock pot, I would make 1/2 of the recipe as it is just me to eat it.
I made as printed and did add the flax meal with pecan pieces on top. Had to give some away to my contractor guy who came to help with power outage during this historic winter storm in the Thumb of MI.
It is so creamy with the egg addition and really would like to use my mid-size crockpot.
I have several blended fruits in the freezer to try them in place of the pumpkin.
