I appreciate all of the input! I usually make larger baby quilts for the reasons listed above. I also ask if there's a theme to follow and try to accommodate. This mother wishes to have a simple blue/white quilt and I've never made a two-color quilt because I love lots of color. This was a recent
scrappy baby quilt that I made for a mother who said "go crazy" and it's probably my favorite baby quilt made so far. I have zero i-spy type fabrics but I think I will meander through my LQS to see what inspires me.
