tranum, thank you for sharing your recipe. I made yesterday and it is simply fabulous. I did not have enough honey so used 1/3 cup brown sugar instead and apple pie spice instead of pumpkin spice. The only 2 changes I made and I just love it. Next time I may add more raisins as 1/4 cup didn't seem to be enough.... lol.
