Removing ink spots.
I have a quilt top made by someone else that was donated to a quilting club and I chose it from the free table, I like this top done in pinks and greens. the problem is when I went to mark it for hand quilting, I found several ink spots and I have tried removing with no luck, does anyone have any tips on removing the spots? Thanks in advance.
