I worked at a Handi Quilter dealership, and we weren't allowed to even ask if HQ parts would fit on Babylock machines. You'd be better off going straight to a Babylock dealership. Here's what it shows on the Babylock website.

The Regalia is the rebadged Amara, not the Simply/Sweet Sixteen. Not sure those handles would work on the older generation of machines.
