Default Prairie Meadow, by Lori Holt

In between weekly BH mystery clues, I worked on this quilt. She did a sew along last summer for this quilt but I just bought the sew simple shapes and stuck them in a project box…..I pulled it out in January and used my own fabrics (Poppie Cotton FQ bundle and stash). This is all turned edge applique on a 4-patch BG of gray and white. I thought about doing my own FMQ but decided on the E2E using the Baptist Fan pattern, which is my favorite pattern for applique quilts. My border (chambray) and colors are different from LH pattern but that just makes mine unique, right? I am making 2 more pieced quilts (one is done but waiting on Minky) using the leftover fabrics from this project. I think it is safe to say that this one is a keeper…lol..
