Thank you for the pictures. I haven't seen anything quite like the second spool pin other parts on the top. I'm wondering if it was some kind of embroidery attachment. I'm not seeing anything to wind the bobbin with.

It may sound strange, but if you could take a picture of the arm of the machine with a UV/Black light and that may bring out some lettering or possibly decals.

I am not familiar with the name, but it is a copy of a Singer 12, of which there were many.
