It looks like someone painted it all over at some point, which will make it difficult to be gotten apart and cleaned up. Thank you for the pictures. I haven't seen anything quite like the second spool pin other parts on the top. I'm wondering if it was some kind of embroidery attachment. I'm not seeing anything to wind the bobbin with.

It may sound strange, but if you could take a picture of the arm of the machine with a UV/Black light and that may bring out some lettering or possibly decals.
