That is a difficult question to answer. I don't know who would be available to repair your quilt in your area, And it also would depend on how "well loved" your quilt actually is. Are there holes, is it only the binding that needs to be replaced? To be honest, sometimes it could cost as much, or more, to repair it as it would to make another similar to the one your have. If the fabric is weak, repairing one place could only mean another place may rip apart. Another idea is to look online to see if you can find someone to make a stuffed bear, dog, cat etc, using your quilt. This was you would still have it but in a different form. Just an idea.
