Gotta represent for that feeling of being realistic about the projects that we really won’t EVER get around to! I did that a while back for my cross-stitch supplies, and more recently with my Geocaching supplies. At some point you have to look at how your life and interests have evolved, and start replacing, Maybe someday I’ll get back into this and get around to using this… with cold hard, Let’s be real here, I am never going to tackle a project like this ever again!
And then let that wonderful stuff go on to someone who will use and appreciate it.
Here, Here! Did that with my embroidery supplies years ago and am so glad. I love embroidery work but don't do it any more. Same with garment making. I have about half a dozen children's patterns that could disappear now because the grands have outgrown them and I don't sew for myself any longer.
