This is the next project I did. I was afraid to try anything except
the Jacob's Ladder and the Christmas pattern that my Mom had taught me to make. These are 12" blocks, Jacob's Ladder.
Each block has the same 28 fabrics, laid out in 2 patterns to complete the finished look. The quilt measures 87" x 111".
This was my first "Scrappy" looking project. The colors show best in the bottom picture. It's bright and colorful. :P Just the way I like them.

On most quilts that I have 'arranged' the blocks, I take a picture of it and put it on my computer. Then when I sew the blocks pieces, if I forget which went where, I go to the computer and look at the picture.

Just wait until you see what I made next. I finally got off the same 2 patterns.
