As Joe said, it is a 15 clone and a manual for these machines can be found at
https://ismacs.net/singer_sewing_mac...ion-manual.pdf There are some that think that these are even better than the Singer 15s that they were modeled after.

Wikipedia link which says Montgomery Wards bought the store in 1957 and " these stores retained the Fair nameplate, and one more Fair Store would open, at Randhurst Mall in 1962."
