Thank you all for looking, taking the plunge tonight, what I have is not quite binding but a pretty narrow border, because I changed my mind mid stream
The video I was looking for attached all 4 sides on top, right sides facing and it was pre-folded.
I have now seen too many videos, some of them not very good, but never found The One.
Time to get on with it
