This is a really old thread, not sure you'll receive any response from the people involved.
You need: 1. a mounting rail under the hand wheel on the side of the pillar, 2. a 9 spoke hand wheel, 3. a (reproduction) hand crank, typically available on ebay, etc, 4. a possible bobbin winder mounting modification.
On 99s I've had with sold hand wheels and then converted to hand crank I had to remove one of the bobbin winder mounting bolts to allow the bobbin winder wheel to adjust properly to the different diameter of the spoked hand wheel over the solid hand wheel.
