I looked up Dove at the Window and it's not the same. However, it's in that Encyclopedia that NZ posted in the bottom left corner. I think I have the book.
Will look up the names Dunster mentioned.
It actually is Dove at the Window. Different sewing methods and different colorations can make it look completely different. And then someone can come along with a completely different block that they also call by that name.
I found
this video by Jenny Doan that shows how she re-engineered the vintage block, and she mentions several different names for it.
