I got a roll of non-adhesive stretchy first aid wrap. It's elastic and sticks to itself. If you've ever given blood they may have wrapped your arm with this after the procedure. I wrap it around my ring finger a couple times and it provides sufficient padding. Just thought I'd pass on the tip!
