It may be kind of fiddly to wind the bobbin but you need to remove the top screw that is used for adjustment. https://dragonpoodle.blogspot.com/20...and-crank.html Keep it in a safe place with the machine. If I'm understanding it correctly you may have to hold the arm to make sure the bobbin winder tire is riding on the hand wheel.
