Yes that is 25yards of backing. She would not let me pay her anything, said if I had not wanted it she was going to give it to goodwill. She said she has a lot more at home even bolts of fabric and she would be making more trips to my shop. she ask haow much I wanted? Well I dont want to be greedy but I am a quilter so I said anything you have to do with quilting I'll take it. Can't wait to see what else is in store. I am truly blessed.
If I were you, I would gladly accept anything and everything she wanted to give to me. Assure her that you will pass on anything you can't use to local community charities that make quilts for children or elders. This way all of her collection will be used and not just stockpiled in someones home. :wink:
