Quiche
Baby shower coming up. Asked to bring 4 quiche, at least 1 vegan:no egg or dairy. Been researching online. And daughter cooks vegan. She said to practice, so we’ll be eating quiche this week.
In the move from California purging left pie pans behind. Decided to keep only my fave’s. So quiche won’t be pie shape. And double recipe fits 9x13” pan.
Any hints?
Filling: vegan thought mushroom and spinach. Standard: bacon and spinach.
vegan crust: daughter suggested slices of potato.
